Therapy and Treatment: To provide personalised therapy services tailored to each child’s needs
Communication: To update parents/guardians about their child’s progress, upcoming sessions, and relevant information. We may also use this information to communicate with your GP, healthcare provider and/or the NDIS regarding your child’s progress and their ongoing needs.
Billing and Administration: For billing, insurance claims, and other administrative purposes.

We will usually collect your health information directly from you. Sometimes, we may need to collect information about you from a third party (such as a relative or another health

2.3 Who might we disclose your information to?
With Consent: We may share information with other healthcare providers or professionals involved in the child’s care, only with parent/guardian consent
For Legal Compliance Information may be disclosed if required by law, such as for court orders or public health requirements.
To Safeguard Our Practice: In cases where it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our clients or others.

To provide the best possible environment in which to treat you, we may also use or disclose your personal and health information where necessary for:
