Glow Paediatrics operates from 211A Brisbane Street, Dubbo NSW. We also contract out to other services in the local area.

Do I need an NDIS referral?

No! We can accept NDIS, Contract and Private Clients all the same. Our service level agreements cater for all types of clients to provide you with the most suitable plan for your child and circumstances.

Please note that we do not currently accept NDIA managed clients.

How much work is required outside of session times?

We understand life is challenging at the best of times. Our therapists will tailor a plan that suits your family for any homework outside of our session times.

How often do I need to book appointments?

Ideally, we recommend weekly appointments to get the most out of your sessions. Each session develops on the last so keeping them close together will provide opportunities to build capacities and support generalisation of skills across different environments. However, we also understand that every family has different schedules and commitments. Send us an email to find out how our therapists can accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know life gets in the way sometimes!
Cancellations earlier than 48 hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge, availability pending.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, within 48 hours is charged at the full session rate. In the case of a cancelled session, the clinician will endeavour to fill the appointment with another service to support you and your child, eg Home strategies and/or NDIS reporting.

What is the age range you service?

Glow Paediatrics sees clients from 0-12 years of age for Occupational and Play Therapy services.
