About us as a workplace
Glow Paediatrics is a small family owned and operated business. Our principle focus is the young people we’re providing service to and assisting their families in any way we can. It’s not about dollars and KPIs, it’s about real results and job satisfaction. You’re not a number, you’re a member of a small team where we won’t just remember your birthday, but give guidance when you need, the space to breathe, learn and grow on your own and celebrate the wins, little and big.
What we’re offering
Flexible working arrangements. Need to swap your hours or take friday off? Easy! Nothing but admin on today? Feel free to work from home.
We say ‘no’ to micromanaging. You’re a skilled, experienced clinician. We trust you to do your job and that you’ll ask for help when you need it.
Meaningful mentoring. Whatever you need to grow in your role is in the best interest of you and our clients. You can expect in-house and third party supervision so you can ask the questions you need to without fear of judgement.
Real impact. You’ll be working with local families, to make their lives genuinely better- without drowning in admin. Manage your workload to avoid burnout and feel real satisfaction in your work.
What you’ll actually do
Help children build confidence, skills and independence — whether that’s communication, emotional regulation, sensory processing or daily living skills.
Deliver engaging, child-centred therapy in clinic, community and school settings.
Mix it up with assessments, therapy planning, parent coaching and collaborative goal setting.
Work closely with families and a supportive multidisciplinary team who genuinely care.
Maintain a caseload consummate with your experience level, including session notes and report writing.
General back of house work including assisting in managing our waitlist.
Who we’re looking for
You’re a registered OT, Speech Pathologist or Play Therapist who:
Loves creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
Wants flexibility and variety — not back to back cookie cutter type sessions.
Enjoys being part of a team but feels confident working independently.
Values relationships with children and families over rigid KPIs.
Preference given if you
Have 6 months experience in clinical settings
Have experience with ‘Splose’ management software
